Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 86953)

My work is client-centered. I have built a practice on collaborative self-empowerment and helping people through transitions, relationships, stress, trauma, and quality of life issues. Addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and grief all benefit from this somatic, emotional, and mindfulness approach to health and healing.

I have over 20 years of experience in mindfulness, meditation, and martial arts. This is accompanied with 15 years of advising, counseling, and professional development work with individuals and groups. I come from an enriched multicultural background; and, bring a strong cross-national understanding of diverse people and cultures from many years living and traveling internationally.

I bring a wide range of counseling experience, enjoy working with couples and individuals of all ages, and recognize uniqueness of each person and situation.
